Terrible service is not worth the guarantees are excused with the phrase "is that that is a fall" and the technician does not arm the equipment as it is missing pieces.

El teléfono me falló y ni una caída ni nada que causará la falla. Se excusaron con que se me daño al traerlo en la bolsa del pantalón.
They do not respect the guarantee.
The phone failed me and not a drop or anything that will cause the failure. They excused themselves with the fact that it hurt me when I brought it in my pants bag.
