★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es costoso y me brillaron mucha ropa nueva. Llevo luchando porque me respondan por un vestido que me dañaron en la primera lavada, más de cuatro meses y me dijeron que me iban a pagar una porción, a pesar de que yo tenía el recibo de compra del vestido guardado. Lo peor!!!
 It is expensive and many new clothes shone on me. I have been fighting because they answer me for a dress that was damaged in the first wash, more than four months and they told me that they were going to pay me a portion, even though I had the purchase receipt for the stored dress. Worst!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues muy mal contrate un servicio por segunda vez, todo bien excepto que al pagar no traían cambio quedó en pasar después de hacer su recorrido a darme el cambio y jamás regresaron les llamé y dinero que al día siguiente lo harían y tampoco pésimo servicio en ese sentido espero no volver a contratarlos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio y atención. Tengan mucho cuidado con los valets porque se roban la ropa, verifiquen bien que todas sus prendas estén incluidas en el ticket. Además la administración los encubre. El ticket tampoco es garantía, pierden los accesorios y no responden por ellos. No lavan bien la ropa. Me echaron a perder una gabardina por la que nunca quisieron hacerse responsables. Además son informales, no llegan a la hora que indican.
Terrible service and attention. Be very careful with the valets because they steal your clothes, check well that all your clothes are included in the ticket. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio quedan en mandarte cotización y nunca la mandan tuve que llamar varias veces y me colgaron mil llamadas para que me regresarán mía vestidos, los precios super inflados y la persona del servicio al cliente bastante grosera, todavía se atreven a llamar y poner pretextos por el pésimo servicio. No vuelvo a solicitar un servicio y no lo recomendaría aparte los precios están mega inflados.
Terrible service they agree to send you a quote and they never send it I had to call several times and they hung up on me a thousand calls so that they would return my clothes to me, the super inflated prices and the customer service person quite rude, they still dare to call and make excuses for lousy service. I will not request a service again and I would not recommend it apart from the prices are mega inflated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buenas tardes, soy su clienta rosyfares de periferico sur 4603, departamento 706, la semana pasada recogieron un reboso por el cual cobraban $120.00 , su secretaria me llamo a las tres dias para decir que el precio estaba mal y que me cobrarían $600.00 por estar manchada y tener flecos a lo cual yo accedi .
el dia de hoy me traen la prenda CON LAS MISMAS MANCHAS CON LAS QUE SE LAS LLEVARON , el chofer de la unidad me comenta que el costo fue por los flecos del reboso ,cuando yo me negue a pagar dicha cantidad la persona que maneja la unidad me extendió un documento en el cual yo les autorizaba para seguir insistiendo en las manchas con la salvedad que si tenia algún daño mi prenda no tendría ningún derecho a reclamar .
SIENTO QUE ES UN ABUSO DE SU PARTE haber cobrado $600.00 por no haberle hecho absolutamente nada mi prenda........................

today they bring me the garment WITH THE SAME STAINS WITH WHICH THEY TAKED THEM, the driver of the unit tells me that the cost was for the fringes of the overflow, when I refused to pay that amount the person who drives the unit They gave me a document in which I authorized them to continue insisting on the stains with the exception that if there was any damage to my garment I would have no right to claim.
I FEEL THAT IT IS AN ABUSE ON YOUR PART to have charged $600.00 for not having done anything to my garment........................

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!! Pésimo!!! El servicio de cotizaciones es nefasto! Nunca te hablan tiene uno que estar detrás de ellos hasta que ya les dices que te devuelvan la prendas este como este. Muy mal a los dueños que no revisan las críticas hay muchas iguales a la mía. Los de cotizaciones fastidian a los demás empleados.
Appalling!!! Appalling!!! The quote service is disastrous! They never talk to you, one has to be behind them until you tell them to return the garments like this. Too bad to the owners who don't review the reviews there are many just like mine. Those of quotes annoy the other employees.
