★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uno esperaría un excelente servicio por lo que se paga. Perdieron más de 3 prendas en un envío, se justifican con las grabaciones de las prendas y no pueden proporcionar todos los videos. Simplemente pésimo.
One would expect excellent service for what one pays. They lost more than 3 items in a shipment, they are justified with the recordings of the items and cannot provide all the videos. Simply lousy.

From my very first order, I just loved how they treated my clothes and how fragrant they ended up to the point that I've decided to send them everything (bed linen, trainers, and some dry-cleaning)! On top of having a very dedicated and kind staff, delivery is prompt and value for money is really good! This little spot at Torres Adalid has been of so much help to a foreign customer like me, allowing me to settle down in la Del Valle (lovely neighbourhood) without having to worry about my laundry. I fully rely on them! Thank you, guys!
