★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengan cuidado porque en este lugar no se fijan y no ponen atención en la ropa. Yo lleve dos suéteres a la tintorería y me los echaron a perder, cuando fui a reclamar solo me dieron largas y ponían pretextos para justificar su nulo cuidado con las prendas.
Be careful because in this place they do not notice and do not pay attention to clothes. I took two sweaters to the dry cleaners and they were spoiled, when I went to claim they only gave me long and they made excuses to justify their null care with the clothes.

Te explica detalladamente cómo funciona la aplicación e incluso te llama personalmente para recomendarte si alguna prenda necesita un lavado especial. Después de que tuve una malísima experiencia en Mr Jeff Insurgentes Mixcoac, esta me regreso la esperanza de poder mandar a lavar mi ropa a gusto.
Excellent customer service, the girl who attends is very aware of the care of clothes. It explains in detail how the application works and even calls you personally to recommend you if any garment needs a special wash. After I had a very bad experience at Mr Jeff Insurgentes Mixcoac, I hope to be able to wash my clothes at ease.
