Con su nueva administración la atencion al cliente es excelente, son super responsables y ofrecen varias opciones al cliente para satisfacer sus necesidades. El horario que tienen es super amplio para los diferentes clientes.Los precios están super economicos. La entrega a domicilio la ofrecen en un amplio radio de la comunidad y en tiempo récord. La entrega tiene excelente presentación y se ve que le hacen el mejor servicio me encanta. Los recomiendo al 100 % no duden en visitarlos quedarán fascinados. ? me atrevo a decir que son el #1 de Quintana Roo?

Pros: Great service, honest price, for everyone. Clothes smelled great and very clean upon return. Cons: Service could take up to 48hr, I was not in a hurry which was not an issue for me, but if you are vacationing, ask for express service it make take less than 24hr. Bottom line, you can have your whole baggage of clothes cleaned under $7USD depending on how big, but is better than paying USD$50 at the hotel.

Bad punctuality and no sophistication - wouldn't recommend Had Mr Jeff express wash and dry about two packing cubes worth of mixed clothes aswell as iron some shirts. They received the clothes around 9 am that day. As I needed to get some fresh clothes fast I asked them to have a few of them ready around midday. I was told it's possible and that the rest would be ready by 8 pm. The first batch was ready on time, the rest however got delayed quite a bit. When I arrived in the evening, I was asked to wait 10 more minutes, which then turned into 30. A taxi was waiting in the meantime and the driver wasn't pleased about the further delay either. On top of all of that, the wash was of poor quality and I received most of my pants having more stains than before I left them there. Apparently there is no quality control. When I contacted them with my complaint my message was left on read. Based on my experience I can not recommend this laundry.
