Pésimo. The worst laundry service I have had, they do not go for your clothes at your home, they take a long time to deliver your order, they do not deliver it the day they say, they lost a garment and my clothes have yellow stains, which clearly did not have before. Le dije que había ido ya dos veces a recoger un edredón y que estaba cerrado, así que contestó “es que como tal no tenemos un horario”. Desafortunadamente tendré que cambiar de lavandería. Llegó el día y la hora de que lo recogieran y sorpresa, el recogedor llamó una vez a mi celular, no pude contestar pero bajé del 6to piso porque sabía que eran ellos. No habían pasado ni 3 minutos y el repartidor ya se había ido, tuve que llevar mi ropa personalmente y aún así se me hizo el cargo. Tampoco me la fueron a entregar, se quedaron con mi ropa 6 días. Pésimo servicio de recolección, no se los recomiendo para nada, hay otras lavanderías a lado y cerca de la zona, usen esas si les es posible amigos. Además, las bolsas que te dan no son las oficiales que te ofrece la app por lo que no puedes saber si te están estafando o no. Estás bolsas tienen el logo y se pueden sellar, las que te ofrecen ahí son bolsas transparentes que no se pueden sellar y de ahí se agarran para no lavar tu ropa “porque no cabe”. La lavandería Jeff de la calle San Francisco es mucho mejor, usen esa. I placed an order at home (I was charged to go through my clothes). The day came and the time they picked it up and surprise, the picker once called my cell phone, I couldn't answer but I got off the 6th floor because I knew it was them. It hadn't been 3 minutes and the delivery guy was already gone, I had to take my clothes personally and still I was charged. They also didn't deliver it to me, they stayed with my clothes for 6 days. Terrible collection service, I do not recommend them at all, there are other laundries next to and near the area, use those if possible friends. In addition, the bags they give you are not the official ones offered by the app so you cannot know if they are scamming you or not. These bags have the logo and can be sealed, the ones that are offered there are transparent bags that cannot be sealed and from there they grab to not wash your clothes “because it does not fit”. The Jeff laundry on San Francisco Street is much better, use that one.

Desafortunadamente en el último pedido me devolvieron una camisa de vestir sin un botón, correspondiente al cuello de botones, el cual fue arrancado dejando un agujerito.
