A	Alejandro Alonso on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He estado llevando mi ropa para lavado y planchado en la sucursal de bosques de san isidro desde hace 5 meces y en las últimas veces empecé a notar que mi ropa estaba mal planchada y mal lavada, en la última ocasión lleve 36 piezas para lavado y planchado, pero en esta ocasión el servicio fue (no malo) pésimo! Ya que la ropa estaba toda arrugada parecía que no la habían planchado, me dirigí a la sucursal para llevarles más ropa para servicio, mostrarles el mal trabajo de su último servicio y hacerles notar mi inconformidad, mi sorpresa fue el mal trato y la poca atención de la encargada de la sucursal la cual me decía que yo como cliente era el responsable de su pésimo trabajo. que no tenia garantía Y no quisieron corregir o planchar nuevamente la ropa que me entregaron en tan mal estado. Nosotros como clientes esperamos y contratamos un servicio en Mr. Jeff de calidad y dejamos en sus manos la imagen de nuestras prendas, y no pagamos para que nos den un pésimo servicio y trato. El cliente no es lo más importante… es lo único importante! Mi queja es para que mejoren su servicio y no pierdan más clientes. Yo en lo personal no recomiendo esta sucursal por la mala atención y el pésimo servicio. I have been wearing my clothes for washing and ironing in the San Isidro forest branch for 5 months and in recent times I began to notice that my clothes were badly ironed and badly washed, on the last occasion I took 36 pieces for washing and ironing , but this time the service was (not bad) lousy! Since the clothes were all wrinkled it seemed that they had not ironed, I went to the branch to bring them more clothes for service, show them the bad work of their last service and make them notice my disagreement, my surprise was the bad treatment and the little attention from the branch manager who told me that as a client I was responsible for her lousy job. I had no guarantee And they didn't want to correct or iron again the clothes they gave me in such bad condition. We as clients expect and hire a quality service in Mr. Jeff and leave the image of our garments in their hands, and do not pay to give us a lousy service and treatment. The customer is not the most important ... it is the only important thing! My complaint is for them to improve their service and not lose more customers. I personally do not recommend this branch because of the poor service and the bad service.
