★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, el peor que he visto. Me perdieron unas colchas, y en vez de asumir su error y disculparse, no querían darme la cara. Yo nunca había visto un mal trato de ese tamaño por parte de un "gerente" que no quiso responder en persona por su error. Me colgaron el telefono mas de dos veces, y cuando fuí en persona a pedir mis colchas solo me prometieron que ya me las iban a entregar. Sigo esperando poder hablar con ese disque gerente y poder volver a ver mis colchas.
 The service is dismal, the worst I've seen. They lost some bedspreads, and instead of assuming their mistake and apologizing, they didn't want to show me their faces. I had never seen a bad treatment of that size by a "manager" who did not want to answer in person for his mistake. They hung up my phone more than twice, and when I went in person to ask for my bedspreads they only promised me that they would deliver them to me. I'm still hoping to talk to that manager and be able to see my bedspreads again.

Super irresponsible, I asked them for a dress and they told me that I was in the other branch and when I was going there they called me and said that I was already in the other branch, they made me go back and forth and I couldn't get to my event because of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague dos veces el servicio, cometí el error de pagar cuando fui a dejar mi prenda y cuando fui a recogerla me dicen que el documento que me entregaron no decia que lo pague.
Intente darle una oportunidad a esta tintorería porque me queda mas cerca de casa pero sin duda alguna me arrepentí, prefiero manejar hasta la de siempre. No la recomiendo para nada
I paid twice for the service, I made the mistake of paying when I went to leave my garment and when I went to pick it up they told me that the document they gave me did not say that I had to pay it.
I tried to give this dry cleaner a chance because it is closer to home but without a doubt I regretted it, I prefer to drive to the usual one. I do not recommend it at all
