 I had terrible attention from the lady (day shift) at the reception and a despot took the data into attention as a recommendation from a client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos quedamos en el hotel, el cuarto estaba espacioso y limpio a precios accesibles. Los empleados nos atendieron muy bien, y esta a 10mins caminando del centro de tula.
We stayed at the hotel, the room was spacious and clean at affordable prices. The employees took great care of us, and it is 10 minutes walking from the center of Tula.

I HAD TO LEAVE THE EMERGENCY IN THE EARLY MORNING AND THE PERSONNEL IN CHARGE WERE NOT AT THE FACILITY, REMAINING NEAR 45 MIN. ON HOLD, I DIALED A RESEPTION AND THE HOTEL'S TELEPHONE AND THEY NEVER ANSWERED.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cómodo, limpio, bonito, espacioso tanto recámara como baño. Un precio muy accesible. Me hospedé en las habitaciones 8 y 10, las cuales tienen como plus una terraza. Gran servicio, atentos y amables. Yo sólo sugeriría que pusieran una jabonera o soporte para jabón en la regadera. Ampliamente recomendable.
Comfortable, clean, beautiful, spacious both bedroom and bathroom. A very affordable price. I stayed in rooms 8 and 10, which also have a terrace. Great service, attentive and friendly. I would only suggest that they put a soap dish or soap holder in the shower. Widely recommended.
