Good thing about this restaurant is that there is an option for everyone, and be sure the food quality is good, tasty, juicy, good service and even the kids have a lot of fun in the special spot they have for them. I've been in almost every similar restaurant here at QRO none is close to this. I may be wrong but give to MR Pampas a chance and I'm sure you will not regret. By the way a little bit higher than average in price but is worth it. If you come after 7 pm, they usually have a discount around 30 %. Only one thing as to improve the waiting at picks can be long around 30 to 40 min. so be sure to see the picks for this place before you come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is definitely a great place to visit, everything is just perfect, staff is friendly, the kids have lots of fun, the food is delicious and it has lots of options, the desserts are great and it's hard to find good desserts in a buffet, this is the best buffet ever, it has it all! , you will always have a great time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to admitte that the restaurant is good how ever the service is terrible, RUDE!! the sever when i asked for the Tomokac it toke them 15 to 20 minutes to bring it out then the portion was ridiculous small when i ask the server to give me more sounded like my mother when i was a child, eat what you have first then we will give you more!!! and ofcourse that didn't happen with any other meat it is supposed to be buffet all you can eat. Nop not with that meat ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again, another restaurant in Querétaro. I think it must be the local culture for the service to treat the customer as if they're below them. The hostess did everything but roll her eyes at me. Food was decent. I suppose I'm just picky when I expect folks to be kind and courteous, service with a smile.... ??? Non-existent.
*Edit:
The manager brought the check and when I mentioned how rude the hostess was there was no apology, no significant comment. Unbelievable. I'd like to give it a better rating because the waiters were great as was the food. Oh well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat was very delicious. I didn't like the Cesar salad but everything else made up for it. I asked the floor manager for grilled pineapple with cinnamon and they brought it out 10 minutes later. I highly recommend going around 3pm. My husband and I would go again.
