Terrible attention, I dial the numbers they have and they never answer, once I bought an advanced nutrients product and it was not an original product, I realized too late.
T	Tlaloc Man on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acudí a comprar pero la chica que atiende parecía más ocupada en platicar con su compañera que en responder mis dudas sobre los productos. Al final compré un par de artículos pero al querer hacer el pago con tarjeta de débito me intentaron cobrar una comisión extra la cual ni el negocio ni yo quisimos pagarla. A final de cuentas preferí pagar en efectivo y la primera reacción de la mostradora fue: "huy no tengo cambio". Ya estaba por irme, si no se puede hacer comercio con este negocio ni modo pensé, pero mágicamente a fin de cuentas sí había suficiente cambio para mi billete. Cabe mencionar que me asesoraron mal y compré un papel que no era de la medida que yo solicitaba, lo cual noté hasta que llegué a mi casa. Por otro lado los artículos que venden si bien son premium deberían también de incluir artículos más "normales" y económicos. Cuiden a sus clientes, recuerden que tienen mucha competencia. Saludos. I went to buy but the girl who attends seemed more busy talking with her partner than answering my questions about the products. In the end I bought a couple of items but when I wanted to make the payment with a debit card, they tried to charge me an extra commission which neither the business nor I wanted to pay. At the end of the day I preferred to pay in cash and the first reaction from the counter was: "oh, I don't have change." I was about to leave, if you can't do business with this business, I thought, but magically, after all, there was enough change for my ticket. It is worth mentioning that they advised me badly and I bought a paper that was not the size I requested, which I noticed until I got home. On the other hand, the items that they sell, although they are premium, should also include more "normal" and inexpensive items.
