Horrible!!! arnaque. Excursion pour chichen itza à éviter!!! Tony tours passe par l intermediaire d'une plus grosse agence itour qui elle même fait appel à une autre plus grosse agence easy tour : easy arnaque oui!!! Lever tot puis attente 1 h30 dans une agence intermediaire itour à Tullum. Puis ramassage dans différents hotels. Attente pdt 30 minutes au milieu de nul part dans un centre de vente de bibelot et de sandwich avec musique à fond la caisse. Avant d'atteindre chichen itza passage obligatoire par un cenote bondé et bétonné puis une cantine miteuse dans une fausse hacienda. Il ne nous restait finalement que 1h45 de visite sur le site. 1 guide anglophone pour 30 personnes ( on nous avait vendu un guide en francais pour 10-15 personnes). Quand nous nous sommes plaints l'accompagnateur nous a rabrouhé nous faisant comprendre que nous étions exigeants pour rester poli! Bref journée gâchée. Il est tout à fait possible à priori de faire la visite par ses propres moyens (bus ADO puis entree + guide).

We took two tour- Sian Khan and Coba- and both were excellent! We had competent and patient guides, the food and drinks that were included were good, we did not have to wait a lot... everything was perfect! Thank you so much

We Wanted to drive around with some ATVs. The man told us we will make a tour with ATVs to some centotes. I told them we want to drive more with atvs and not seeing centotes. He told us, we will drive more than 1.5h with ATVs. After coming to late to pick us ap, we went in the park drive 10 minutes to the cenotes and 10 mins back. thanks for that ! Bad tour, to expensive.
