Esperan que uno conozca todas las medidas y tipos porque ellos, pese a que son empleados, se niegan a hacerlo ni a averiguar una medida si les llevas una muestra. Los precios son ALTÍSIMOS, cuestan unas 5 veces más que en tlapalerías normales que llegan a tener esos productos. NO disponen de catálogo en su horrible sitio web. Si buscas algo, tienes que ir a pelearte con los empleados a una sucursal.
There are like 6 employees in this branch and they all serve you reluctantly and are very pushy. They expect you to know all the measurements and types because they, even though they are employees, refuse to do it or to find out a measurement if you bring them a sample. The prices are HIGH, they cost about 5 times more than in normal tlapalerías that have these products. They do NOT have a catalog on their horrible website. If you are looking for something, you have to go fight with the employees at a branch.
