★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio de Naviera que he contratado en 15 años. Trabajé con ellos anteriormente sin mayor tema, pero en esta ocasión me han perdido por completo. Burocracia al máximo, información a cuenta gotas, tiempos de espera por teléfono de más de 30 minutos. Cabe resaltar que algunos empleados han sido muy amables aunque no me han resuelto o "no le podemos dar esa información". Otros son prepotentes y déspotas. Evítense problemas y dejen claro sus expectativas antes de contratar.
The worst shipping service I have hired in 15 years. I worked with them previously without much issue, but this time they have completely lost me. Bureaucracy to the maximum, information by drops, waiting times by phone of more than 30 minutes. It should be noted that some employees have been very friendly although they have not resolved me or "we cannot give you that information." Others are pushy and despotic. Avoid problems and make your expectations clear before hiring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato por teléfono deja mucho que desear, pareciera que son los dueños o “patrones” de los barcos, son verdaderamente poco atentos. Sobretodo un tanto arrogantes y eso que fue por teléfono.
The treatment by phone leaves much to be desired, it seems that they are the owners or "masters" of the boats, they are truly inattentive. Above all a bit arrogant and that was by phone.
