★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre una bicicleta en Octubre de 2019, solicite factura y al día de hoy a pesar de pedir mi factura en 3 ocasiones con el vendedor, no me entregan la factura. Deja mucho que pedir su mal servicio de atención al cliente. Dicen que te regresan la llamada y nada. Definitivamente NO compraría nada nuevamente con esta tienda Specialized Veracruz. Hay otras marcas y tiendas que te atienden mejor, pésimo servicio.
I bought a bicycle in October 2019, request an invoice and today despite asking for my invoice 3 times with the seller, they do not give me the invoice. Leave a lot to ask for your bad customer service. They say they call you back and nothing. I would definitely NOT buy anything again with this Specialized Veracruz store. There are other brands and stores that serve you better, lousy service.
