Ya teniendo el error, me han estado dando vueltas de que si compran la pieza, de que no compran. No se comunican para informar el estatus del servicio. Sólo hasta que tú les marcas, dan el siguiente paso. No conocen sus precios de servicios, pues sólo me daban estimados. Usan muchísimos adjetivos de cortesía y supuesta amabilidad para decirte que no saben qué hacer. Buscan pretexto, echándole la culpa a las refaccionarías o las agencias. Me decepcionaron y fue la segunda vez que les solicité una reparación (la primera vez fue más idóneo el servicio, aunque tampoco se comunicaron para avisarme que ya estaba la motocicleta). Creo atienden bien a flotillas pero a particulares los dejan para después. Posiblemente te den un buen servicio la primera vez, pero para una segunda ocasión, quién sabe. No los recomiendo para nada. Es bajo tu riesgo. Mientras tendré que esperar cómo concluye ésto. Va para largo.

Se revisó la moto a la entrega y no le realizaron el servicio completo, pero no te dicen se tardaron 4 días para entregar mi moto con cambio de aceite.
No son confiables, chequen su moto cuando se las entreguen.
Terrible service, they are not honest.
The motorcycle was checked upon delivery and they did not perform the full service, but they do not tell you it took 4 days to deliver my motorcycle with oil change.
They are not reliable, check your motorcycle when delivered.
