I went to mtm to check because I did not turn on my insta brand iron, and when I picked up the machine, I noticed that they had changed the cable that connects to the light, I have a photo of when I left it and when I picked it up, now I have doubts about how many pieces could have changed? ... the cable that was put is of poor quality .. the original of the iron could not be rolled up and the one that was changed is very watery ... NOT RECOMMENDING ... I am thinking of demanding and I will call mtm Mexico to see their original cable returned

I have been buying from them for about 5 years, about 15 days ago I bought 2 boxes of cups. They came to me right away. They called me to find out if there were some sheets of some material, which they had supposedly put in my package, I prepared to open it and inform them that the material was not there. They reiterated that I should search well, which to support them I continued to do until the boxes and cups were emptied, 2 hours later I received a message requesting the same information. which I wrote to them that I was annoyed. They then blocked me. Today I dial and they tell me they showed up. I haven't received a call apologizing. my crime to buy and tell the truth. I do not recommend buying at a Merida branch at all.
