En el pasado siempre tuve muy malas experiencias con los psicólogos y nunca me sentía cómoda. Gracias a Dios me encontré con la Mtra. Gabriela Guzmán. Cada vez que tengo mi sesión en línea con ella me siento completamente en confianza, nunca me he sentido juzgada. Lo que más me gusta es que muestra interés y no tienes esa sensación de que solo te está viendo abrir la boca sin que te preste atención. También te pone ejercicios que te ayuden a mejorar tu estado emocional. Definitivamente la mejor psicoterapeuta que me he podido encontrar :)
Very good psychotherapist!
In the past I always had very bad experiences with psychologists and never felt comfortable. Thank God I met the Mtra. Gabriela Guzman. Every time I have my online session with her I feel completely at ease, I have never felt judged. What I like the most is that he shows interest and you don't have that feeling that he is just watching you open your mouth without paying attention to you. It also gives you exercises that help you improve your emotional state. Definitely the best psychotherapist I could find :)
