Mientras estaba en el lugar de veía que el personal llegaba con productos para poder cocinar y cubrir la demanda.
They took time to take the order, people had to ask for support to be served, we asked for our food, however after an hour and a half they did not arrive, and it turned out that the order from my table was lost, we did not stay to wait any longer. While I was in the place I saw that the staff arrived with products to be able to cook and cover the demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar nuevo dentro de la plaza Pabellón Azcapotzalco que ofrece cortes de carne pero su especialidad es la birria, el caldito de la birria es bueno en consistencia y sabor, las quesabirrias son buenas pero pueden mejorar.
Sugeriría redujeran un poco el sabor "ahumado" que tiene su carne.
Los precios son justos, deberían incluir en su menú las bebidas para conocer que pedir.
En general es buen lugar, bonito y amplio, además de que la mesera que nos atendió siempre muy amable.
New place within the Pabellón Azcapotzalco square that offers cuts of meat but its specialty is birria, the birria broth is good in consistency and flavor, the quesabirrias are good but they can improve.
I would suggest reducing the "smoky" flavor of their meat a bit.
The prices are fair, they should include drinks in their menu to know what to order.
