A disgusting service, the signal goes out of nowhere, and the people who are supposed to be support, do not help you at all. Terrible service, and zero recommended.

El servicio de internet falla muchas veces al día. Tiene muchos cortes e intermitencias. La velocidad que te entregan si es muy próxima a la que te venden, pero si vas a usar tu servicio para ver streaming de películas como Netflix o hacer videollamadas no te servirá. Los fines de semana y entre semana por las tardes presentan muchísima intermitencia y la velocidad se reduce considerablemente. Reportas y no te hacen caso, creen que con reiniciar tu router se soluciona pero el problema es de su infraestructura y no quieren admitirlo, menos resolverlo. Ojalá mejoren su calidad
Terrible quality of service.
The internet service fails many times a day. It has many cuts and intermittence. The speed they give you is very close to what they sell you, but if you are going to use your service to watch streaming movies like Netflix or make video calls, it will not work for you. On weekends and weekday afternoons they present a lot of intermittence and the speed is considerably reduced. You report and they ignore you, they think that restarting your router will solve it, but the problem is with their infrastructure and they don't want to admit it, let alone solve it. I hope they improve their quality
