En Chalco EdoMex está más que pésimo el internet, no sirve ni estando junto a su módem, la señal es intermitente (hay desconexión continua). Parece oficina de Gobierno con horario específico de atención para pagar con 2 horas de comida entre 2 y 4pm (sin servicio en oficinas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, es una mentira el servicio 24 horas, tiene errores su servicio todo el tiempo y su llueve olvídate del Internet, te puedes quedar hasta una semana sin servicio, no lo contraten. Es tan malo el servicio, que tardaron 5 meses en contestar y además nunca van a retirar su antena, ni el módem, así que se roban tu depósito en garantía. Por cierto ya tengo otro servicio. Telcel es mucho mejor para las zonas donde no hay servicio de Internet vía cable o banda ancha.

En el número para atención al cliente jamás responden, se va la señal todos los días y he sido puntual con mis pagos, jamás me he pasado de día para el pago y es injusto que sea un mal servicio. Estoy apuntó de cancelar este mes, ahorita estoy sin señal y no me responden el número al que llamo ni en whatsapp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio no sirve, cada rato se les cae la señal, nunca contestan para reportar el servicio, horarios de atención nulos y no responden por ningún medio, si se les cae le sistema en sabado adios tu fin de semana tienes que esperar hasta el lunes despues de las 11 y eso si tienen ganas de trabajar, busquen otra opción esta definitivamente no lo es, la peor compañía

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es pésimo, tengo un plan de 20 Megas y en el mejor de los casos tengo 8, falla cada dos segundos, tardan mil años es solucionar las fallas, nunca contestan el número que tienen para fallas y servicio a Cliente, no lo recomiendo para nada, a menos que de plano no exista otra opción como en mi caso.
Además de las fallas, realice un pago a través de Bill Pocket y esta herramienta duplico el pago, ni ustedes, ni ellos ayudan a resolver el tema ahora tengo que pagar cerca de $1,900 pesos que "nadie" tiene.
