I requested a shared move of a yamaha motorcycle from Mexico to Cancun and they told me that 6900, I requested the same in August 2020 and they mecotized 2900, the differences are incredible and of course I did not send it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peor experiencia, no le deseo esto a nadie! Nos estuvieron mintiendo de que el camion que traia nuestras cosas estaba fallando y que por eso no llegaba y despues me entere que seguia en mexico mi mudanza. Todo una mentira.
Pero a la hora de entregar, que fue una semana después de la fecha que me confirmaron entrega, si querian el pago completo aunque me dijero que iban a hacer un descuento por todas las mentiras y mslos tratos. Pero a la mera hora no nos entregaban hasta que no pagaramos todo. PEOR EXPERIENCIA
Worst experience, I don't wish this on anyone! They were lying to us that the truck that brought our things was failing and that is why it did not arrive and then I learned that my move was still in Mexico. All a lie.
But at the time of delivery, it was a week after the date they confirmed delivery, if they wanted full payment even if they told me they were going to make a discount for all the lies and more deals. But at the mere hour they didn't deliver us until we paid everything. WORST EXPERIENCE

A la hora del empaque y traslado de mi mudanza, fueron atentos,y su personal calificado con conocimiento de su trabajo. Mudé cosas muy delicadas y costosas, llegaron puntuales y en perfecto estado. Muchas felicidades a esta empresa, además de precio justo tiene todo para darle no 5, si no 10 estrellas.

CON PROTECCIÓN!!!! espero que esta experiencia les sirva para revisar sus procesos, seguridad, servicio al cliente y personal. PESIMO SERVICIO
