Domingo nuestro chófer fue muy amable, nos sugirió como acomodar las cosas .. si necesitan un servicio de mudanza obvio ellos son la opción, dentro de poco volveré a necesitar un servicio de mudanza y les volveremos a llamar!.... Ojalá esté negocio creciera para que muchas personas tuvieran el honor de vivir está experiencia.??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realmente no deberían contratar este servicio de mudanza. Se me había cotizado un precio y después se infló demasiado porque tuvieron que hacer otro viaje para mover las cosas ya que no les cabía en su camioneta. Además dañaron el departamento del cual se extrajeron los muebles y las paredes de las escaleras.
Y finalmente, el equipo de mudanza eran 2 adultos (solo uno de ellos se veía preparado) y un niño, que apenas y podía con los muebles.
Por si fuera poco les escribí a su whatsapp para comentarles este tema de la mejor manera y que a la próxima tuvieran cuidado y me bloquearon.
Nada profesional y muy caro para un servicio de mala calidad
Terrible service, they really shouldn't hire this moving service. A price had been quoted to me and then it was inflated too much because they had to make another trip to move things since they could not fit in their truck. They also damaged the apartment from which the furniture and the walls of the stairs were removed.
And finally, the moving team was 2 adults (only one of them looked ready) and a child, who could barely handle the furniture.
As if that were not enough, I wrote to their whatsapp to comment on this issue in the best way and that the next they would be careful and they blocked me.
Unprofessional and very expensive for poor quality service

Tan responsables, que al ver que tenían un problema con el contador notificaron a tiempo para evitarme sorpresas y ellos no fallar. Después estuvieron al pendiente de cualquier situación particular y en cada momento buscaron soluciones y fue muy sencillo programar y fue directo...a diferencia del pésimo servicio impersonal y complicadisimo de Mudango (quienes son groseros, el trámite sebtercia y se maneja en dos chats y no buscan como solucionar nada ni te dan opciones). Felicitaciones a Mudanzas árbol del Fuego...y todo llegó perfecto!
