★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un excelente servicio, muy atentos y amables, respetaron el precio establecido y tuvieron paciencia porque la descarga de la mudanza se complico por lugar de estacionamiento, el Sr. Altamirano muy atento.
Llegaron 30 min después de lo establecido, pero siempre me mantuvieron al tanto de como iban y el porqué del retraso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia. Nunca llegaron y nunca se comunicaron para avisarnos. Tuvimos que contratar otra mudanza de último minuto.
Al tratar de comunicarme por teléfono para pedir informes (cuando ya venían 3 horas tarde) la señorita se reía en la llamada y platicaba con alguien más en lugar de darme una buena atención.
Very bad experience. They never arrived and never communicated to let us know. We had to hire another move at the last minute.
When trying to communicate by phone to ask for reports (when they were already 3 hours late) the lady laughed during the call and talked to someone else instead of giving me good attention.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no son formales, así que no los recomiendo, reserve el servicio con dos días de anticipación y quedamos formalmente en un horario, ya que en el lugar que me mudo tengo horario de ingreso, mismo que les especifiqué y contrate mi servicio muy temprano para no tener problemas, quedo aparentemente todo establecido incluso por escrito y aparentemente muy formal todo. Solo me hicieron perder el tiempo, pues hicieron otro servicio y conmigo no llegaron. Llame a la hora acordada para preguntar y me informaron eso y que pedirían y me mandarina el apoyo de otra unidad y ya no me contactaron para el servicio. Pésimo servicio por su falta de seriedad, no se vale porque solo perdí tiempo y la oportunidades de buscar a alguien más que si sea formal. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio y a un costo sumamente amigo. Desde que pedí la cotización vía internet estuvieron muy al pendiente. Fueron súper puntuales, amables y profesionales. Respetaron el presupuesto que me dieron y no me cobraron ni un peso más. Además, hicieron la mudanza en menos de hora y media sin maltratar los muebles y ellos los acomodaron.
Los recomiendo ampliamente.
Excellent service and at an extremely cost friend. Since I asked for the quote via the internet, they were very attentive. They were super punctual, friendly and professional. They respected the budget they gave me and did not charge me a single peso more.
