Hice una mudanza de CDMX a Cancún, llegaron a cargar 2 hrs después de lo acordado sin avisar. Por lo tanto salieron un día después, no emplayaban los muebles hasta que se los pedí y lo hicieron mal, abrieron una escultura de madera en el trayecto. Para hacer el anticipo me dieron un número de cuenta en el cual deposite delante del responsable (Sr. Mariano Moreno) y a las 8:00PM me notifico que no se veía reflejado en la cuenta. Tuve que ir a su banco a hacer el deposito y así empezar el servicio.
Mi hijo tuvo que ir en la madrugada a recogerlos porque ya los habían detenido por no circular con permiso el cual ya sabían que tenían que tramitar! De llegar a descargar un Domingo a las 9:00 AM llegaron el Lunes a las 4:30AM!
El Sr. Rodriguez una pésima persona ya que en la madrugada hablo para gritarme y decir que tenia que depositar sin él saber el monto ni nada ya que con él no había hecho ningún trato!
A la fecha no dieron la cara pero mis coasas ya estas a salvo de esa gente!

I made a move from CDMX to Cancun, they came to charge 2 hours later than agreed without warning. Therefore they left a day later, they did not use the furniture until I asked for it and they did it wrong, they opened a wooden sculpture on the way. To make the advance they gave me an account number in which I deposited in front of the person in charge (Mr. Mariano Moreno) and at 8:00 PM he notified me that it was not reflected in the account. I had to go to his bank to make the deposit and thus start the service.
My son had to go at dawn to pick them up because they had already been arrested for not driving with a permit which they already knew they had to process! Arriving to download on a Sunday at 9:00 AM they arrived on Monday at 4:30 AM!
Mr. Rodriguez a lousy person since in the early morning he spoke to yell at me and say that I had to deposit without him knowing the amount or anything since I had not made any deal with him!
To date they have not shown their face but my things are already safe from those people!

El Sr. Rodríguez, puedo decir, que es una persona que no tiene la mínima idea que es VENDER SERVICIOS, ya que cuando me comunique con el, a las 4 de la madrugada, para que solucionará el problema
de que un reten detuvo al camión por falta de trámite de permiso, para circular por parte de ellos, y que terminaran de descargar, me contestó que el no sabía nada, que al el no le importaba y que solo le habían mandado a cobrarme el resto y que no tenía ni idea de cuánto pero que pagara!! Gritando todo el tiempo!!!
JAMÁS volveré a contratarlos y menos a recomendar!!!

Y mex al border !
Su único detalle que no tienen permiso para ir a usa
Pero estaría genial que lo implementaran para crecer ese negocio tan bonito

And mex to the border!
Its only detail that they do not have permission to go to usa
