★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me enviaron fotos del camión que iban a enviarme, y me dijeron un precio, resulta que llegó otro camión más pequeño, y las personas tardaban mucho en subir las cosas. Mis trabajadores ayudararon más en cargar y terminaron siendo 2 viajes y me faltaron cosas, cuando no era el camión que yo acordé y el dueño se hace el desentendido y terminé pagando el doble ni un descuento de que les ayudaron a cargar. Es muuy caro para lo que es, estoy muy molesta con su servicio, hasta me gritaron y me hablaron duro cuando les expuse mi molestia.
They sent me photos of the truck that they were going to send me, and they told me a price, it turns out that another smaller truck arrived, and people took a long time to load things. My workers helped more in loading and it ended up being 2 trips and I lacked things, when it was not the truck that I agreed on and the owner plays the disregard and I ended up paying double or a discount that they helped them load. It is very expensive for what it is, I am very annoyed with their service, they even yelled at me and spoke harshly at me when I exposed my annoyance.
