★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se contrató un servicio de mudanza a las 7:00 am, la persona que atiende esta compañía confirmó y el día de la mudanza, a las 5:53 am, por medio de un mensaje de whatsapp esta persona informó que no podía atender.
Se le respondió en pocos minutos y se le marco en repetidas ocasiones y nunca atendió al llamado.
Pésimo servicio y sobre todo una falta de profesionalismo increíble, no puedes dejar tirado a un cliente una hora antes del horario acordado y si ya lo hiciste, lo menos que pueden hacer sería dar la cara en el lugar donde se citaron y pedir disculpas e incluso tratar de enmendar el error, no simplemente mandar un mensaje de texto y no volver a atender llamadas.

 A moving service was hired at 7:00 am, the person who attends this company confirmed and on the day of the move, at 5:53 am, through a WhatsApp message this person reported that he could not attend.
He was answered in a few minutes and was dialed repeatedly and never answered the call.
Terrible service and above all an incredible lack of professionalism, you cannot leave a client lying an hour before the agreed time and if you have already done so, the least they can do would be to show their faces in the place where they were mentioned and apologize and even Trying to fix the mistake, not just texting and not taking calls again.
