★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llegaron tarde a la hora que se había establecido la cita, golpearon muebles, cobraron de más y no quieren hacer un rembolso, lo peor es que ¡ROBARON una bolsa con bocinas!! Cero recomendables, cero profesionales, ya ni contestan llamadas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Utilicé el servicio el día 28 de marzo. Me rompieron una cubierta de cristal circular de mesa de comedor.
Me dijeron que en 5 días hábiles me lo repondrian y a la fecha no lo he recibido, no me han llamado. Yo los contacté desde el jueves 25 y no me dan una solución, sólo me dicen que lo están checandoy ya no contestan mis llamadas.
Yo es recomiendo que si les dañan algo, descuenten el daño del costo del servicio, porque de otra manera, no recuperarán nada por parte de ellos.
Uds. se preguntaran, que por qué yo no lo hice, y eso fue porque confié en su palabra.
Ahora estoy batallando con la falta de mi cristal de la mesa.
No recomiendo a este proveedor! ??
I used the service on March 28th. I broke a circular glass dining table cover.
They told me that in 5 business days they would replace it and to date I have not received it, they have not called me. I contacted them since Thursday the 25th and they don't give me a solution, they only tell me that they are checking it and they no longer answer my calls.
I recommend that if they damage something, deduct the damage from the cost of the service, because otherwise, they will not recover anything from them.
You might wonder why I didn't do it, and that was because I took his word for it.
Now I am struggling with the lack of my crystal from the table.
