y	yong han on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busqué una empresa seria esperando tener un buen servicio por parte de ellos, sin embargo la atención de la persona quien me cotizó "Leonor" fue pésima. No hubo puntualidad para recoger mis cosas, la persona quien se encargó de montar todo a la mudanza no hizo un check list correspondiente a los artículos que llevaba y tuve que apuntar lo yo misma en la lista; todos los artículos que se llevaron estaban en buen estado sin embargo al llegar a su destino resulta que una de las cajas estaba abierta, un ventilador del cual entregué fotos pues lo entregaron roto y cuando hablo con la señorita o señora Leonor pues dice que ellos no se hacen cargo ya que no fue culpa de la persona quien lo entregó y que ya estaba en mal estado "por la humedad" asumiendo que así fuese no creo que en 1 semana se pudiera haber pasado eso, en fin eso fue en resumen y hasta ahorita no se han comunicado conmigo ni para disculparse. De vdd no lo recomiendo espero les sirva de lección para las personas que quieren confiar en este servicio. Me comuniqué a su oficina por coticé l preparación y la pieza cuesta $2,000.00 pesos más mano de obra y solo me dicen que un supervisor se comunicará conmigo y solo me dan largas. Los chavos súper movidos al momento de subir y bajar todo del camión. El chofer de la unidad (pica) así le decían, súper amable y muy movido en ayudar a bajar todo y acomodar, la verdad los volvería a contratar. Siempre en sus oficinas me respondieron muy amablemente los whats y las llamadas, gracias por todo.
