Nos entregaron un mueble en malas condiciones, se ve que era de exhibición porque traía pegamento de las cintas adhesivas que usan para pegarle letreros, sin embalar y las puertas no servían. Aparte, los del flete querian dejarlo en la calle! En fin, no volveremos ahí y les sugiero que eviten un disgusto

Las primeras dos veces tuve un inconveniente con el repartidor que exigía pagos exagerados por subir el mueble en el primer piso. Tardé en volver a comprar por esta situación. La última vez, ya era otro repartidor y subió el mueble al tercer piso. Una diferencia enorme. Entiendo que la empresa sea familiar y por ello los repartidores que primero me tocaron, fueron groseros. La última ocasión, tal vez, hayan sido trabajadores. Quisiera ir una cuarta vez, pero me da miedo que no me manden a los buenos repartidores. Como sea, una sabe que hay que dar un extra a los repartidores, pero a veces en el pedir, está el dar. Los muebles son bonitos y a buenos precios. Lo que les faltaría sería "meses sin intereses", pero eso se entiende.

I understand that the company is family-owned and that is why the delivery men who first touched me were rude. The last time, perhaps, they were workers. I would like to go a fourth time, but I am afraid that they will not send me the good delivery men. Anyway, you know that you have to give an extra to the delivery men, but sometimes in asking, there is giving. The furniture is nice and at good prices. What they would lack would be "months without interest", but that is understood.
