★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se tardan demasiado en agarrar la llamada, te hacen explicar que necesitas y sin decir nada te mandan a espera por otros 10 minutos, pedí una cotización y me hicieron ir directamente a sucursal para que al final la chica que me atendió me dijera que al día siguiente me lo mandaba por whatsapp, osea para que hacen ir al cliente entonces si no tienen cotizaciones a la mano?
Y sigo esperando a que alguien me pueda dar cotización de los otros dos productos en los que estoy interesada. Pésimo
