Tuve un percance con un electrodoméstico que adquirí y en lugar de recibir apoyo por parte del personal de ventas tomaron una actitud defensiva, al igual que el encargado de ventas quién solo supo darme excusas.
 I had a bad experience when buying in this furniture store.
I had a mishap with an appliance that I purchased and instead of receiving support from the sales staff they took a defensive attitude, as did the sales manager who only knew how to make excuses.
