Le marqué al sr Javier ( la persona que me atendió)ese día y dijo que iba a acudir al domicilio para cambiarlo han pasado ya 3 días y no dan solución. Lo único que hacen es dar largas. No contestan ni llamadas ni mensajes. Por situaciones de trabajo no he podido acudir.
No lo recomiendo, anexo las evidencias.
The quality they handle is terrible, I bought a matrimonial base on 07/26/2020 and on 08/09/2020 the drum broke.
I dialed Mr. Javier (the person who attended me) that day and he said that he was going to go to the address to change it, 3 days have passed and there is no solution. All they do is stall. They do not answer calls or messages. Due to work situations I have not been able to attend.
I do not recommend it, I attach the evidence.
