★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hice una compra de un boiler de paso y no funcionó al instala,r al ir a la tienda para reemplazarlo la vendedora no dan una solución solo me dice busque la página y anotase y pida una visita del técnico para checar el aparato, y esto tarda varios días o semanas imagínese y uno sin bolier.
En vez de cambiarme el boiler x otro y ellos lo regresan a la fábrica ya que ni se usó solo se probó para ver si funciona pero lo califico como mal servicio y falta de criterio x ser cliente y no darme una solución rapida y parece que no soy el único, para que sirven tener ofertas si la atención a clientes es muy mala y el personal tiene muchas limitaciones y mal capacitados así a de estar los sueldos pero para la otra busco otras opciones en otras tiendas

La respuesta de todos es que eran promotores, que buscara un vendedor. De cualquier forma, no deberían estar promocionando algo?
