★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio,, el día 17 de mayo del año en curso fui a la sucursal de Anahuac y adquirí un ventilador con valor de $475, me lo entregaron en una caja que estaba sellada completamente cuando lo abrí cual fue mi sorpresa que estaba quebrado y me regrese a devolverlo, me recibieron con cara de fuchi y aparte la persona que atiende ahí me dijo que no me podían ayudar que yo lo había dañado al momento de querer armarlo que porque no traía ni el pedazo de plástico en la caja lo único que hice fue decirle que yo no soy ninguna mentirosa y le deje el ventilador ahí en la tienda le dije que se lo regalaba y me sali de ahí no me interesa recuperar mi dinero solo quiero dejar en claro que no es la manera de tratar a la gente
