★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimos muebles y aún peor servicio, muy debilmente construidos, ya le he metido casi lo mismo que me costó una base canguro en reforzarla. Estamos en marzo, desde noviembre que no me resuelven la garantía.
Terrible furniture and even worse service, very weakly built, I've already gotten almost the same thing that cost me a kangaroo base to reinforce it. We are in March, since November they do not solve the guarantee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tuve una muy mala experiencia, me entregaron mes imedio después de la compra una sala diferente modelo y color porque no supieron que paso con mi sala y si me mandaban la que yo había elegido tardarían un mes mas.
No vuelvo a comprarles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio al momento de entregar el ropero, nos estrellaron el espejo y no quisieron reponerlo (siendo que ellos dijeron que lo repondrían, que nosotros NO nos preocuparamos) lo dejaremos por la paz que Dios los bendiga, pero no volveremos a comprar en este lugar!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muebles de baja calidad. Por cierto, cuando fui le pregunte a la persona que trabaja ahi "cual es la marca de la empresa que fabrica el mdf de la cocina?" para saber el tipo de calidad. Digo, ya de por si al tocar/ver el mdf me di cuenta que era baja calidad. Y su respuesta fue "si vas a donde hacen las cocinas no te van a atender". Penso que estaba preguntando quien era el fabricante de cocinas y que yo queria ir con ellos directamente en lugar de comprarles a ellos. Muy mala experiencia. Si tu presupuesto es de menos de 14 mil pesos para tu cocina, ellos son tu mejor opcion.

Tienen muebles, piezas únicas con precios de remate. Por un costo extra tienen servicio de entrega. En la sucursal Mitras las vendedoras tienen muy buena actitud de servicio, ayudan y responden todas las dudas
A mi me atendió la Señorita Ana. Buena opción a precios de buenos a regulares.
