★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. En diciembre compramos una sala y ya pasaron 3 meses y aun no nos ls entregan, cuando pedimos el reembolso nos dicen que deben juntar el dinero y ya esta toda pagada. No la recomiendo para nada!
Solo les interesa vender y les valen los tiempos de entrega

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya voy para cinco meses esperando mi recamara la cual pague de contado y me siguen dando largas, que mal que una mueblería de este tipo de servicio, no cumplen con fechas de entrega 5 meses para no poder entregar una recamara es demasiado tiempo.

No te resuelven, te dicen x fechas de entregas y no es verdad, aunque vayas a pelear se hacen los locos aún y ellos siendo los del error. No compren aquí si no quieres tener tus cosas un año después de la fecha inicial de entrega y luego agrégale la horrible calidad de sus materiales

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si vas a comprar un mueble piénsalo dos veces, una mala calidad de sus telas y sin responsabilidad de los desperfectos de estas te espera.
No hacen seguimiento a los cambios por garantía que ofrecen de los defectos de sus productos y ni hablar con el servicio que te atienden muy mal después de pagar.
Si decides comprar algo revisalo muy bien antes de aceptarlo si viene mal no le darán seguimiento a su cambio.
Realmente es de los peores servicios, tratos y seguimiento que he recibido, en serio toma en cuenta mi comentario antes de comprar algo.
