buenas tarde ayer hice una compra por un refrigerador duplex whirpool de 16982 pesos, al momento de pagar con mi tarjeta de credito me dan de regalo unas galletas, hoy me hablan via telefonica de atencion a clientes blanca, para decir que el producto que tienen en bodega es defectuoso, y me lo entregarian sin garantia, me invitan a que vaya a la muebleria y escoja algun refrigerador pero no existe ninguno que cumpla con las caracteristicas que pretendia es decir estan por debajo de las prestaciones que buscaba, me dicen me regresaran mi dinero en fisico y no la devolucion por via electronica, pero me haran el cobro de las galletas con el precio de casi 600 pesos, el problema es que las galletas las abri ya que pense que si eran un regalo, le comento que estoy de acuerdo con ese cobro, ya que jamas pretendi comprar galletas y en la nota de venta decian que es un regalo, posterior a esto blanca me dice que es una ofensa para la empresa lo que estoy diciendo, y me advierte que si quiero problema y batallar eso voy a tener, y finalmente me dice que como mi compra fue a 12 msi, asi mismo, me regresara mi dinero , es decir con pagos por mes. 600 pesos para muchos es poco pero para otros como yo son 3 dias de trabajo, no es justo esos cobros indebidos, y lo incumplidos vendiendo productos defectuosos sin garantia o que no los tienen, yo solo quiero la devolucion de mi dinero integro, y se sostengan en lo que esriben claramente dice regalo las galletas, en caso de que seas tu blanca la que atendera esto que estoy escribiendo, lo ue haces es inadecuado amenazar que voy a tener problemas y cobrando los regalos , en todo caso cambia tu manera de vender y entrega el regalo hasta que entregues el producto que se te compro integro.
