★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención, los empleados te ignoran, están más ocupados hablando entre ellos que atendiendo. Compré un colchón de contado y nunca llegó; tuve que ir y me cambiaron la fecha de entrega 3 veces porque no levantaron mi pedido para sacarlo de almacén. Tampoco te llaman para avisar ni ofrecen disculpa... Cancelé por lo irresponsables y groseros que son. Es un horrible lugar para comprar, no lo recomiendo.
Lousy customer service, employees ignore you, they are more busy talking to each other than serving. I bought a mattress in cash and it never arrived; I had to go and they changed my delivery date 3 times because they didn't pick up my order to get it out of the warehouse. They also don't call you to let you know or offer an apology... I canceled because of how irresponsible and rude they are. It's a horrible place to shop, I don't recommend it.
