En el mes de Marzo 2018 esta compañia recibio un giro de dinero (wire) desde mi banco aqui en Utah-USA que nunca fue destinado a ellos, mi banco se comunico con ellos al dia siguente para informarles del error (un error del codigo internacional). Representantes de mi banco se lograron contactar con representantes de esta empresa unos tales Karla y Alfonso, ambos se encargaron de comunicarle y confirmar a mi banco que si ellos habian recibido el dinero y que ya lo habian gastado (sin tener ni un contrato de por medio, ni ningun servicio o producto prestado) pero ellos comunicaron a mi banco que iban a hacer las averguaciones correspondientes y retornar el dinero a penas ellos aclaran el tema (como 13,000 dolares fuese facil de perder) y hasta la fecha de hoy Junio 2018 y a pesar de las muchas llamadas, emails y promesas de regresar el dinero nunca lo han hecho. La verdad que lastima que existan negocios tan poco profesionales en Mexico que habla muy mal de la linda gente mexicana que conozco como latino me averguenza que gente de nuestra misma cultura sean asi de obscuros, mentirosos y corruptos. Asi que a la gente que quiera hacer negocios con esta empresa, piensenlo bien ya que no son profesionales ni honestos en resolver mi problema por tantos meses. Que pena en verdad, y si estas personas (Artesanos Exclusivos) ven mi review espero que sean al menos dignas de responder mis comentarios, pero no espero mucho de ellos, ya que llevo esperando ya 4 meses sin tener ningun viso de solucion. In the month of March 2018 this company received a money order (wire) from my bank here in Utah-USA that was never destined for them, my bank contacted them the next day to inform them of the error (an error in the international code ). Representatives of my bank were able to contact representatives of this company, such Karla and Alfonso, both were in charge of communicating and confirming to my bank that if they had received the money and that they had already spent it (without having a contract in between , nor any service or product provided) but they communicated to my bank that they were going to make the corresponding inquiries and return the money as soon as they clarified the matter (as 13,000 dollars would be easy to lose) and until today June 2018 and despite of the many calls, emails and promises to return the money they have never made it. The truth is that it hurts that there are such unprofessional businesses in Mexico that speaks very badly of the beautiful Mexican people I know as Latino, I am ashamed that people from our same culture are so dark, liars and corrupt. So people who want to do business with this company, think about it since they are not professional or honest in solving my problem for so many months. What a shame indeed, and if these people (Exclusive Craftsmen) see my review, I hope they are at least worthy of answering my comments, but I do not expect much from them, since I have been waiting for 4 months without having any sign of solution.
