Me gustaría mucho me pudiera contactar alguien que me pueda atender y darme seguimiento a mi venta alguien que en realidad le interese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ojalá esté comentario le ayude a alguien a no caer en sus pedidos que nunca cumplen.. pedí una sala y nunca llegó ..te bloquean para que no entre la llama una tal Montse y te enganchan pidiendo un anticipo y después nadie te contesta el teléfono .. es un pesimo servicio en este teléfono nunca te contestaran sus notas no traen contacto a dónde dirigirse .. el servicio es el peor ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuando vas a comprar definitivamente no consultas aquí, pero si a alguien se le ocurriera primero leer espero que les ayude, pues la peor idea del mundo dejé anticipo y nada que cumplieran y a la hora de reclamar con 1 semana de atraso, casi me golpean, iba con mi mamá, hija y esposo y salieron todos como ratas del nido a amedrentarnos.
Dejé mi anticipo y me fui sin nada, espero la demanda proceda.
No compren ahí, no den anticipo, la gente no sabe trabajar y no saben cumplir.

El chiste es que no cumplen con la entrega, llevo esperando a que me den una respuesta o la cara pero no, no dicen nada. Ahora yo entiendo que todos tenemos problemas y accidentes que no están en nuestras manos, pero al menos tengan la decencia de hablar claro. Son unos rateros y fraudulentos, no compren acá. Son unos pinches muertos de hambre. Ya está la denuncia ante la PROFECO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace dos semanas había pedido una sala a medida, la verdad por el precio no es que esperara mucho, pero al menos creí que estarían a tiempo, primero me dijeron que en una semana estarían, todo esto comenzó un sábado, paso la semana y no me hablaban, así que decidí ir al miércoles siguiente, me dijeron que aún no estaba la sala porque ocurrieron varios detalles, en primera la parte del asiento tenía un diseño diferente al que pedimos, los cojines eran otro diseño, no nos habían avisado que ya no había la tela que pedimos, una de las partes de la sala estaba invertida de lado, y no tenían portavasos como pedimos, total, nos dijeron que para el viernes quedaban, pensábamos que aún era buen tiempo, el viernes nos dijeron que siempre no quedaba que el sábado, y luego que el domingo, total el domingo nos marcaron por fin ellos, y nos dijeron que el lunes a las 5 estaría lista y nos la enviarían, estuvimos esperando y no fue porque marcamos 5:30 que se acordaron que nos tenían que entregar, terminaron llegando a las 7:45 aprox. Habíamos pagado flete de 350 pesos a pesar de estar a tan solo 20 minutos en coche del lugar, y aun así exigían propina siendo que fue planta baja y yo los ayude, ya que se fueron pude ver con detenimiento la sala, el sillón que se habían equivocado en un principio de lado, estaba fresco el pegamento en algunas partes, descuadrado uno de los sillones, el portavasos estaba mal alineado en el descansa brazos igual que los demás, tiene partes sucias de pegamento en algunos lados, y los cojines están rellenos de sobrantes, hasta un edredón le pusieron a uno, enserió el que una cosa sea económica, no justifica que no hablen claros y hagan las cosas a su gusto, fue una pésima idea comprar ahí
