Few months later the washer had problems again. They came out and said it would be 2 weeks to get the parts. Then they'd have to come back out to fix it. At this point I asked for a replacement and they said no. I said it's broken down twice in a short period of time and its the right thing to do. They said they wouldn't accommodate. Stay away from them.
