★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia de compra en Ofimarca fue terrible respecto al servicio, la labor de ventas fue buena pero el seguimiento a mi compra y la entrega se convirtió en una pesadilla, no existe ninguna persona de gerencia o alguien que se haga responsable por el personal que allí labora, por lo tanto, no recomiendo en lo absoluto comprar en Ofimarca porque si ocurre algún problema, no hay nadie que pueda brindar una solución, te niegan el nombre del gerente, te gritan, te tratan mal, mienten sin reparos, es verdaderamente increíble lo que el cliente significa para esta empresa, pocas veces he tenido una experiencia similar tan negativa.
My shopping experience in Ofimarca was terrible regarding the service, the sales work was good but the follow-up to my purchase and delivery became a nightmare, there is no management person or someone who is responsible for the staff there work, therefore, I do not recommend buying at Ofimarca at all because if a problem occurs, there is no one who can provide a solution, they deny you the name of the manager, they yell at you, they treat you badly, they lie without qualms, it is truly incredible What the client means to this company, I have rarely had such a negative experience.

No tengo queja alguna, sin dudarlo volvería a comprar con Ofimarca.
