H	Hilda Piñon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bonito el producto que compré, pero muy decepcionada con el tema de la entrega pues en vendedor te cobra el flete y queda en llamar para acordar la entrega cuando el producto esté disponible, pero te avisan cuando están a diez minutos de llegar a tu domicilio, si en ese momento no te encuentras ellos no pueden esperar ni regresar porque dicen que vienen de una ruta desde Guadalajara, entonces se lo llevan a tienda en Morelia y ahora tienes que conseguir cómo llevártelo o bien, pagarles de nueva cuenta el flete. Hablas con el vendedor y se justifica argumentando se te avisó con tiempo (10 minutos antes) y también por correo, cosa que no es cierta. Finalmente ni el vendedor ni el encargado o gerente de la tienda muestran ningún interés en resolver ni resuelven absolutamente nada. Muy desagradable experiencia, no vuelvo a comprar ahí. Envías correo para manifestar tu queja o problema y no hay respuesta. Última vez que adquiero un producto de ellos. Pará empezar el día de mi entrega (compré una recámara), me llevaron una cabecera que no era la que había comprado y al momento de llamarles y decirles sobre el error, me trató súper un señor que simplemente me dijo "Ya no hay nada qué hacer", muy molesta tuve que ir al establecimiento por que además de hablarme de manera 0 profesional, me colgó la llamada. Al ir a la sucursal, otra persona me dijo que no había ningún problema, que me hacían el cambio por la cabecera correcta. Han pasado 3 semanas y no me han dado solución, el vendedor que me había atendido no contesta mi llamada y cuando les hablo para que me den una fecha de entrega, me dicen que será al día siguiente y aún nada. Pareciera que les pedí gratis la cabecera y pagué por ella, sin duda no vuelvo a comprar con ellos y es mejor que tengan cuidado al hacer tratos con estas personas, se nota que se dedican a estafar. J	JUAN CARLOS GONZALEZ CORTES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yo tuve una muy mala experiencia, pague un comedor en diciembre, y se programo la a entrega hasta fines de enero, no se cumplió la fecha de entrega, y hasta marzo de este año querían entregar solo una parte de las piezas, por supuesto no es aceptable.Asi que exigí la entrega completa y no se entregó hasta fines de abril y para acabarla , estaba dañada la mesa y en el proceso de llamar y te atiendan el reclamo, me dieron largas y más largas, y por fin la reposición se tuvo que dar hasta ayer 20 de mayo de 2022, esto es casi 5 meses, así que, no puedo recomendar un mal servicio en todo sentido. Retraso en la entrega, incumplimiento de fechas, no accesibles en las entregas,, evitan responsa unidad que es de la empresa y no es nada aceptable el servicio que dan y a los costos que uno paga.

Al paso de los días en el primer mes comenzaron a fallar los cajones, se caían y al final quedó inservible, tenemos 4 meses con el producto y 1 mes tratando de que nos den solución. As the days passed in the first month the drawers began to fail, they fell out and in the end it was unusable, we have 4 months with the product and 1 month trying to find a solution.
