S	Sergio Garcia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio y sistema compré una mesa que vino en cero, y muy mala calidad por el precio les dije que quiero un reembolso de mi dinero, no fue aprobado, lo único que aprobaron fue un intercambio que lo tomé, más tarde una de mi nueva mesa vino en , mejor calidad, pero adivinar lo que vino rayado de nuevo , esta vez estaba enojado y les dijo que realmente quiero mi reembolso de nuevo, que hizo aprobado desde que les dije que iba a demandar a ellos, pero hay sistema es tan malo que estoy 2 semana para mi reembolso y aún haven't obtenga. Aquí va la nueva noticia, ahora quieren mantener el 20% de la factura total que es de unos 4000 pesos, así que les dije mientras que el infierno im supongo que pagar 4000 por errores que no fue mi culpa, increíble, yo gerente superior mejor leer esto y me dan un mi dinero en su totalidad o I'm va a demandar esta semana la gente no comprar aquí estancia lejos , mala calidad y peor sistema nunca Very bad service and system I bought a table that came in zero, and very poor quality for the price I told them I want a refund of my money, it was not approved, the only thing they approved was an exchange that I took, later one of my new table came in, better quality, but guess what came scratched again, this time I was mad and told them I really want my refund back, which they did approved since I told them I was going to sue them, but there is system is so bad I am 2 weeks for my refund and still haven't gotten it. Here is the new news, now they want to keep 20% of the total bill which is about 4000 pesos, so I told them while the hell im guess I pay 4000 for mistakes that was not my fault, amazing, I better top manager read this and give me a my money in full or I'm going to sue this week people don't buy here stay away, poor quality and worst system ever

Cuando te van a entregar el mueble, te dicen que no se puede coordinar un horario en especifico de entrega, que tienes que estar al pendiente de 8am a 8pm y por más que les digas que no puedes, que tienes horarios que cumplir en el trabajo, te dicen que no pueden hacer nada. JAMAS VOLVERE A COMPRAR EN ESTA TIENDA, PESIMO SEVICIO. Very bad service. When they are going to deliver the furniture, they tell you that you cannot coordinate a specific delivery time, that you have to be on the lookout from 8am to 8pm and even if you tell them that you cannot, that you have schedules to meet at work , they tell you they can't do anything. I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN IN THIS STORE, PESIMO SEVICIO.

Jamas vuelvo a comprar aquí.... llevo 2 meses esperando mis muebles y cuando por fin llegan están dañados y ni del color que yo quería. Llamo y la chica que me atendió super grosera. Terrible customer service ... I never buy here again .... I've been waiting for my furniture for 2 months and when they finally arrive they are damaged and not even the color I wanted. I call and the girl who attended me super rude.

Tuve que hablar a atención al cliente para pedir mi reembolso Terrible service. They stipulated delivery 4 days after my purchase and they did not deliver it. I called the store and they did not solve the problem. I had to call customer service to ask for my refund.

I think they know about themselves and that's why they ask 100% of payment in advance. The date on my contract and in their system are different. I don't recommend this brand and shop. For me it was first and last.
