★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, realicé la compra desde septiembre, es noviembre 24 y no he recibido mi sala, nefasto el trato de gerencia, no dan solución, yo soy quien tiene que estar buscando que me atiendan, se lavan las manos, no quieren hacer válido su propio contrato, lamentablemente estoy evaluando iniciar un proceso con PROFECO, terrible experiencia de compra no lo recomendaría en lo absoluto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen stock de muebles, el personal bastante amable y con mucha disponibilidad para atender. Las ofertas están dentro de los precios que ofrecen y su disponibilidad es bastante aceptable. Al encontrarse dentro de la plaza del mueble tiene un plus: que hay estacionamiento y al ser cliente de Dico hay beneficio.
Visitar el domingo es la mejor opción ya que casi no hay gente y puedes ver los muebles y cotizar sin prisas ni tanto embrollo.
Recomendado
Very good stock of furniture, quite friendly staff and very willing to attend. The offers are within the prices they offer and their availability is quite acceptable. Being inside the furniture plaza has a plus: that there is parking and being a Dico customer there is a benefit.
Visiting Sunday is the best option since there are almost no people and you can see the furniture and quote without haste or confusion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son un asco, no te indican todas las condiciones al momento de la venta, sehin cuando te venden te prometen garantía de 365 días y una vez que pagas dicen que solo son 5 días. Mándame todo desarmado sin ningún instructivo adicional, dicen que deben llamar a un técnico para el armado, lo cual tarda 5 días más y además te lo cobran.
