★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención amable, los precios son competitivos al mercado y los muebles son cómodos y de buena calidad. El único problema es la entrega de los productos, si te dan opción de entregarlo en sábados, pero en horario abierto, en mi caso llegaron a las 9:00 de la noche, si cumplieron con el día pactado, solo que no se comunicaron para decirme si iban a llegar o no. De lo demás es una buena opción. Y los precios de descuento si son de descuento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, se compro una sala en el buen fin, NUNCA se comunicaron para avisar hasta que marcamos que ya no tenían de la que se quería. Se dio 5 opciones más pero tampoco tenían. Nunca estuvo el gerente las 3 veces que fui a la tienda. TODO PÉSIMO. Ni se atendia bien por parte del personal y ninguna medida de higiene en la entrada de la tienda en pandemia. ?
Terrible service, they bought a room on the good end, they NEVER communicated to notify us until we marked that they no longer had the one they wanted. They gave 5 more options but they didn't have them either. The manager was never there the 3 times I went to the store. ALL AWFUL. Neither was attended well by the staff and no hygiene measures at the entrance of the store in a pandemic. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal luce bastante vieja y antigua, la tienda es de 3 pisos y sólo a la entrada un vendedor me saludó pero ninguno me abordó para hacer labor de venta, recorrí sola lo 3 pisos y salí y nadie me atendió. Hay gran variedad de modelos aunque se me hace caro para la calidad de los muebles.
Su entrega es a 20 días lo que se hace demasiado y si a eso le sumas el precio alto y la 0 atención . Yo no lo recomiendo pésima atención.
The branch looks quite old and old, the store is 3 floors and only at the entrance a salesman greeted me but none approached me to do sales work, I walked alone the 3 floors and I left and nobody attended me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muebles Dico!! que lastima que tus empleados no cumplan o no conozcan el código de Ética, mentiras tras mentiras, engaños, gerentes y vendedores que muestran mercancía de muy buena calidad pero “engañosa” porque te entregan otra y de muy mala calidad, una atención al cliente nefasta que no solucionan nada, semanas y semanas para que te entreguen la mercancía y para variar te la entregan en mal estado, tendrás que esperar otras cuantas semanas más para que te la cambien y si por toda esa mala atención decides regresarles la mercancía, te cobran nuevamente por recoger los muebles ¿increíble no? Si no crees mi experiencia, Te invito a comprar en Muebles Dico y sabrás de lo que te hablo!!!
Dico Furniture!! What a pity that your employees do not comply with or do not know the code of Ethics, lies after lies, deception, managers and sellers who show merchandise of very good quality but "misleading" because they give you another and of very poor quality, disastrous customer service that do not solve anything, weeks and weeks for them to deliver the merchandise and for a change they deliver it to you in poor condition, you will have to wait a few more weeks for them to change it and if for all that bad attention you decide to return the merchandise, they charge you again for picking up the furniture, incredible isn't it?
