★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me ha ido muy mal, pague mi sala antes del buen fin, ya van dos meses que la pague de contado y no me la han entregado. Tienen mil pretextos y no me comunican con Gerencia para poner mi queja, cuando voy a buscarlo a tienda me lo niegan. No les doy ninguna estrella, es mas -2, pero no puedes dar Publicar si no le pongo alguna estrella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es la sucursal más grande en Culiacán. Pero a pesar de que tenía 3 opciones de compra, ninguna estaba en existencia. Tardaban más de 25 días en entregarlo. Un joven me atendió muy bien, pero en cambio hubo una mujer que fue muy grosera, a pesar de que le hice una pregunta normal y con educación, me dejó hablando solo, no respondió.
It is the largest branch in Culiacán. But even though I had 3 purchase options, none were in stock. They took more than 25 days to deliver. A young man treated me very well, but instead there was a woman who was very rude, even though I asked her a normal and polite question, she left me talking to myself, she did not answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención a clientes, compre una recamara hace 3 meses, hace 3 meses y 8 días y jamas me marcaron ni se pusieron en contacto conmigo para seguimiento, yo marcaba a Guadalajara y solo me daban largas. Cuando fui a tienda a cancelar, la gerente con pésima actitud y super mala onda, ni una disculpa, nadaaaa. Parecía que la que hbia quedado mal había sido yo. Jamás regresó a su tienda!!!!!!
Terrible customer service, I bought a bedroom 3 months ago, 3 months and 8 days ago and they never called me or contacted me for follow-up, I dialed Guadalajara and they just gave me long. When I went to the store to cancel, the manager with a terrible attitude and super bad vibes, not an apology, nothing. It seemed that the one who had been wrong had been me. He never returned to his store !!!!!!
