 This is the quality they are buying, the table is barely a month old, it took 5 months to arrive. The worst customer service and the worst quality I have ever seen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen surtido y amplio estacionamiento. Precios asequibles, pero la atención por parte de una asesora pésimo. Pensábamos comprar todo lo necesario para decorar una casa muestra, terminamos comprando solo 1 mesita y nos pasamos a la tienda de enfrente.
Good assortment and ample parking. Affordable prices, but the attention from a lousy advisor. We were thinking of buying everything we needed to decorate a show house, we ended up buying only 1 small table and we went to the store across the street.

Acudimos a la sucursal de Plaza del sol y compramos un comedor, cuando lo recibimos las sillas tenían el respaldo flojo, la mesa llena de astillas y malos terminados, nada que ver con el mueble de exhibición. No quise recibirlos y los repartidores no se los quisieron llevar alegando que ya los habían desempacado y que era más fácil enviar al técnico a solucionar los detalles. Fue el técnico a hacer nada. Levanto mi reporte a control de calidad y ya nunca solucionaron nada. NO SE DEJEN ESTAFAR
Furniture crap.
We went to the Plaza del Sol branch and bought a dining room. When we received it, the chairs had loose backs, the table was full of splinters and poor finishes, nothing to do with the display cabinet. I did not want to receive them and the delivery men did not want to take them away claiming that they had already been unpacked and that it was easier to send the technician to solve the details. It was the technician to do anything. I raise my report to quality control and they never solved anything. DO NOT GET SCAMMED
