★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace unos meses compre una sala y pedí de favor fuera a meses sin intereses y el vendedor primero dijo que no se podía, y a tanto mover su maquina y yo insistiendo solo se quizo deshacer de mi y según el ya había quedado, ahora el banco me está cobrando el total ya que el vendedor nunca hizo la operación a meses. No se vale que sean así, ellos ya vendieron y a mi me dejaron en problemas. No vuelvo a comprar en Dico y mucho menos recomendar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ en noviembre fui a comprar un escritorio que supuestamente tardaría 3 semanas en llegar a mi domicilio; pague el envío y todo. La vendedora jamás se puso en contacto conmigo para avisarme que mi escritorio no había llegado; cuando llamé para saber lo que había pasado, me pidió que yo fuera en mi auto por mi escritorio (sin armar) y me lo trajera a casa... obviamente fui a verla a la tienda (ya que pagué el envío y pues ni modo que yo armara el escritorio) y ella no estaba. Otro vendedor quedo super formal de entregarlo armado el martes en mi casa.
Martes 5pm y nada, vuelvo a llamar y me dicen que el que arma los muebles, iria hasta el jueves. Jueves 3pm, la vendedora llama y me pide que vaya a la tienda a ver que el escritorio esta en buenas condiciones para que luego lo armen y me lo lleven a casa. Yo estaba trabajando, así que cuando terminé, fui a la tienda nuevamente, la vendedora me dice que por error se cancelo mi compra el domingo que fui a la tienda y que necesita volver a hacer la compra pero necesita que le firme una carta (que para variar tenia mal los datos). Con respecto a la entrega, tomaria otra semana más.
después de eso, pedi mi dinero de vuelta y ahora busco escritorio...
Pésimo servicio. Dico es una buena tienda, pero esa sucursal tiene CERO servicio al cliente.

The saleswoman never contacted me to let me know that my desk had not arrived; When I called to find out what had happened, she asked me to go in my car to my desk (without assembly) and bring it home ... obviously I went to see her at the store (since I paid for the shipping and then no way that I put the desk together) and she was not there. Another seller was super formal to deliver it armed to my house on Tuesday.
Tuesday 5pm and nothing, I call again and they tell me that the one who assembles the furniture, would go until Thursday. Thursday 3pm, the saleswoman calls and asks me to go to the store to see that the desk is in good condition so that they can then put it together and take it home to me. I was working, so when I finished, I went to the store again, the salesperson tells me that by mistake my purchase was canceled the Sunday I went to the store and that she needs to do the purchase again but she needs me to sign a letter (which for a change I had the wrong data). Regarding delivery, it would take another week.
after that i asked for my money back and now i am looking for a desk ...
Terrible service. Dico is a good store, but that branch has ZERO customer service.
